well hello all i was just browsing the web face book if you want to know and i put in a search,Pike's AND JUST AS I THOUGHT ALL THE SAME STUPID STUFF CAME UP FROM PEOPLE WHO NO NOTHING ABOUT MY PEOPLE,sorry shouting rude don't you know,
i was reading a blog from a lady who as i can tell was put out by a meeting of some travelling people at the pub down Chesterton road ,who by there presence were selling a few Gris or horses, to you who are not travellers,now on the subject of horses as you know travellers were mostly mobile in years gone by working as hop pickers potato pickers field workers,and so on .
times have changed and the car took over from the horse,so travellers would buy more cars instead of horses,but they keep one or two horses to remind them that without the horse no one could move,they pulled the wagons,
just a foot note our last barrel top wagon was my great great grannies that was burnt after she died in Rickmansworth watford,45 years ago.so the horse is a reminder from a time gone by.as for the swarthy looks i know many a fen girl who has thought other wise when a courting they go,

we me are not in that position by the way i dont have a mortgage i own my home,so i am no drain on the econamy plus we dont claim the dole how many upright citizens in cambridge claim the dole,
